Mike Zeller, President
Mike Zeller is a senior management professional who joined Patriot Broadband Technologies as President in 2020. With a mission to align organizational vision with expert execution, Mike brings years of leadership experience across various industries, including construction, manufacturing, distribution, and agriculture.
Mike’s career began in the construction industry, where he led teams in complex design-build projects, hazardous material remediation, adaptive reuse, and greenfield build projects. He has extensive experience in leading manufacturing, distribution, and sales operations in a general manager role prior to starting with Patriot.
Mike holds both a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA from Bloomsburg University. In addition to his professional achievements, he is currently on the Finance Committee for Harford Land Trust in Bel Air, Maryland.
At Patriot Broadband Technologies, Mike’s multifaceted experience and strategic vision are instrumental in driving the company’s growth and ensuring the delivery of top-notch broadband services. Under his leadership, the company continues to innovate and expand its reach, providing high-quality solutions to meet the evolving needs of its customers.
Mike Webb, Controller and Treasurer
Mike joined Patriot Broadband Technologies in 2023 as the Controller and Treasurer, bringing with him 40 years of experience in financial management. His career began after graduating from Miami University in Oxford, OH, with a B.S. in Business and Accounting. And has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for over two decades.
Mike’s professional journey started with The Bon-Ton Stores, where he held various positions over his 34-year tenure, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. In this role, he oversaw the company’s accounting functions and ensured compliance with financial regulations, significantly contributing to the company’s financial stability and growth.
In 2019, Mike joined Esco, Ltd. as the Chief Financial Officer, a position he held until joining Patriot. At Esco, he managed financial operations, implemented cost-saving measures, and improved financial reporting processes, showcasing his ability to lead and innovate in diverse financial environments.
At Patriot Broadband Technologies, Mike’s extensive experience and strategic insights are invaluable. His leadership and expertise are essential to Patriot Broadband Technologies’ ongoing success and growth.
Mike Grice, Vice President of Business Development
Mike brings over 20 years of expertise in communication and data networks to his role as Vice President of Business Development at Patriot Broadband Technologies. With a proven track record in driving innovation and growth, Mike excels in product development, sales, and operations. He has significantly contributed to the success of startups and large corporations alike.
Mike’s career includes roles such as Vice President of Business Development at Amphenol Network Solutions and Chief Technical Officer at All Systems Broadband. He also has experience in sales management and marketing with Tyco Electronics and Raychem Corp. His diverse background includes leading teams in product development, managing key accounts, and facilitating successful mergers and acquisitions.
Mike holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University. Mike’s leadership and strategic insights are essential to Patriot Broadband Technologies’ mission to deliver high-quality broadband services. His dedication to excellence and continuous improvement drives the company’s growth and success.
